Tahrir Academy is an online collaborative education platform with the vision of having a generation of critical thinkers, knowledge seekers and change agents. The Administrator intern reports directly to the HR supervisor, he/she should be with a strong interest in office logistic office, administration, purchasing and managing office operations.
Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Website, Social Media and Recruitment Agencies.
Reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
Attending career fairs.
Working with the Human Resources Supervisor on Developing the Performance Management system.
Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
Very Good command of computers, operating systems is a must
Excellent command of Microsoft office
Good command of English and Arabic language
High attention to details and a high degree of organization
Quick learner, and can pick-up new tools quickly
This internship is available immediately and will last a minimum of Three (3) months.
